• Complete pharmacy ROI or start up analysis
• Assess 340B operations and recommend improvements for increased 340B savings
• Assess efficiency of pharmacy operations
• Conduct contract pharmacy network analysis
• Draft and review entity Policy and Procedures
• Perform staff training for 340B operations and compliance

Contract Pharmacy Operational Support

• Prepare and review of RFP for contract pharmacy services
• Complete analysis of RFP submissions
• Analysis of pharmacy vendor contracts or proposals
• Execute pharmacy vendor proposal and contract review
• Develop contract pharmacy reporting and auditing procedures
